Laci Jane is the President of Tiny Homes for Moms Co. and passionate about empowering women, just like you, to turn your pain into purpose, become financially independent, and live the life God has created you for.
In 2009, she discovered her mother and husband (at the time) having an affair together after she had just given birth and was dealing with some serious health issues. As if that wasn't bad enough, they also took her house from her eventually leaving her homeless with her daughter...now, a single mom.
She persevered.
By 2014, Laci launched her DIY YouTube channel with the goal of transforming her 300 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment into a comfortable home for her and her daughter. Since then, she has attracted over 8 million views and has been featured in HGTV, Bob Vila, Shutterfly, DIY Inspired, and many other publications.
In 2020, Laci founded Tiny Homes for Moms Co, a non-profit organization that build homes, connection, and empowerment for single moms through community living. In 2023, Tiny Homes for Moms Co. became a 501(c)(3) public charity.
Laci's mission is to provide support & empowerment for single moms through affordable housing, programs, and workshops. She hopes to empower women to become financially independent so that they never have to rely on a man, or a boss, who might try to control their lives.
